Step 1 – Brainstorm
It is important for us to understand who you are, what your product is, if you have any commercial ideas already and what you are trying to accomplish. The first step is to call us at (325) 660-0896 and setup a meeting or phone call.
Step 2 – Scriptwriting Approval
After we have learned as much as we can about you and the project, we write a script to make sure everything is going to be under the allotted amount of time. The script includes video and audio and you will be asked to approve it before moving to the next step.
Step 3 – Collect Assetts
After the script is written it will determine what is needed to complete the project. This may or may not include video footage, still footage, graphics, voiceovers, any existing logos, etc. Most of the time a video shoot is necessary and will need to be scheduled. Once everything is collected we begin the editing process until we finish the first draft of your commercial.
Step 4 – Approval
We will send you an email link to view the first draft of the spot. It is then your responsibility to approve the commercial to finalize it or make changes. Because of the scriptwriting approval that we completed in step 2, there are rarely any changes if any.
Step 5 – Send to Media Outlets
Once you have approved the final spot, it’s time to put it on TV. If you know your account representatives at the stations you wish to air it on we will deliver the product to them.
